K&M HISTORY

1959 - K&M Associates is founded.

1995 – K&M becomes a division of American Biltrite, a publicly traded company.

2001 – K&M acquires the ladies division of Swank, giving us the department store brand of Guess? and becoming the foundation of our Vendome Division. Since 2002 the Guess? brand has double-digit increases.

2003 – K&M opens office in Qingdao, China to monitor factories, production and, most importantly, quality control.

2003 – K&M fully services all Canadian retailers both directly and through Accessories Concepts, Inc.

2005 - K&M acquires Jay Jewelry, a successful Orlando, Florida based costume jewelry company with an extensive client base of theme parks, resorts, specialty stores, surf and beach shops.

2006 – K&M acquires AS Manufacturing, a leading producer of quality holiday and social jewelry.

2006 – K&M becomes one of the few costume jewelry companies that are CTPAT certified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security.
